Sanding: Finely sanded to 240-grit

Important note: Most products are very labor-intensive to make and therefore not kept in stock. I craft them for you to order within about 10–15 business days (depending on the volume of orders)—and most of the time, it actually takes a little less time. 😉

This is a knife block made of end-grain wood. Unlike other manufacturers, I build my knife blocks with a magnetic surface using end-grain wood. This makes them the perfect match for my end-grain cutting boards.
The 1-centimeter-thick stainless steel plate ensures great stability, and each knife is held securely in place by two strong magnets.

I glued it together with waterproof glue and, finally, treated it several times with food-safe white oil.
